All SALES are FINAL, and Refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in this section and the Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the Policies set by Event Organizer, generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after king of compensations. 

Delivery:
After your purchase has been approved you will receive two emails from us. Both will be sent from the address noreply@mailmarketing.venndora.com. Please check your spam folder, it will probably be forwarded to this folder.The first email is the receipt of your purchase and the second will contain your ticket. Both emails are very important, and you should keep them safe. They will have important information about your purchase, the concert date, time and location. 
In addition to email, we can send a WhatsApp message to confirm your purchase. Our WhatsApp message will be sent from +1 (863) 591-5124, VENNDORA's official business number. In this message you will receive a private link to access your ticket, download and save it. We suggest you add VENNDORA to your contacts to enable the viewing link above and identify our phone number.

Refunds:
If your event is eligible for refunds and funds have been received from the Event Organizer, we will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. We cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card.

Exchanges:
For many events, certain tickets may be exchanged for tickets from us of equal or higher price. A per ticket exchange fee may apply. Exchanges are not available for: (a) tickets purchased through resale, (b) VIP and other premium tickets, or (c) tickets purchased with additional related items and/or bundled products, or (d) tickets for events that are less than 24 hours away.

Chargebacks and Other Refund Prohibitions:
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Event Organizer, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card or other method of payment you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancelation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such charge.

  • Occasionally, concerts may be cancelled or postponed. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures for this concert in accordance with the Event Organizer's decisions in accordance with our platform's Purchase Policy. For exact instructions regarding any cancelled or postponed concert, please check the concert information online or contact us.
  • If the concert has been canceled or rescheduled, the Event Organizer may set refund limitations. Please contact us for more information or to request a refund, IF APPLICABLE!
