Policies set forth by Event Organizers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Tickets therefore cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Purchase Policy - No Refund Terms

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms below and acknowledges that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

• Failure to Attend the event for any reason (“No Show”)
• Personal Illness or Medical Conditions
• Travel or Immigration Restrictions (e.g., Visa Denials, Border Closures, Immigration Status)
• Personal Conflicts or Changes of Plans
• Military or Government Service Obligations
• Disregard or Lack of Awareness of this Purchase Policy at the time of purchase

Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and event specified. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are able to attend before making a purchase. By confirming the transaction, the customer fully accepts and understands that no refunds will be processed regardless of the cause.For events that are canceled or postponed, refund or rescheduling options (if any) will be communicated directly to ticket holders in accordance with the event organizer’s policy.

Fraudulent Chargebacks and Legal Notice
